Instant Dhokla

Ingredients:
YELLOW MOONG DAL : 1 CUP
CHICKPEA FLOUR: 1 ½ TSP.
TURMERIC: 1 TSP.
CURD: 2 TBSP.
ENO FRUIT SALT: 2 TSP.
SUGAR : 1 TSP.
GREEN CHILI PASTE : 1 TSP.
CHOPPED CORAINER LEAVES: 1 TBSP.
SALT : TP TASTE
WATER : TO SOAK DAL
MUSTED SEEDS: ½ TSP.
SEASEME SEEDS : ½ TSP.
CUMIN : ½ TSP.
HING : A PINCH.
Method:
In a bowl wash and soak yellow moong dal for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes add moong dal and green chilies in a grinder and grind till you get semi-thick paste.
Now in a bowl take moong dal paste and add in curd, chickpea flour, turmeric powder, oil (2 tsp.), and salt. Mix well.
Add eno and mix gently.
Transfer the dhokla batter into steaming tray, and steam for 10-15 minutes.
Now temper the dhokla with mustard, sesame, cumin seeds, and hing in 1 tsp. oil.
Serve it hot, with chutney.
