Cheese grilled sandwich

  • 2 bread slice

  • 2 tbsp. Shredded carrot.

  • 2 tbsp. Shredded cabbage.

  • 2 tbsp. Shredded cucumber.

  • 2 tbsp. Shredded onions.

  • 50 gms. Mozzarella Cheese.

  • Mint chutney

  • 1 tsp, unsalted butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste.


  • In a bowl mix all vegetables and cheese

  • Add in salt and pepper to taste

  • Take a slice of bread

  • Apply mint chutney

  • Spread mixed vegetables and mozzarella cheese stuffing

  • Cover it with a bread slice

  • Now take a non-stick pan, heat butter and toast the sandwich until turns golden brown

  • Cut the sandwich into half and enjoy delicious cheesy goodness
