Paneer Paratha

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour 50g
Panner 50g
¼ Carrot
¼ Onion
¼ tsp. Cumin
½ tsp. Amchur powder
½ tsp. Chili powder
½ tsp. Garam Masala
½ tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
A handful of Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
2tsp Ghee
Method:
PARATHA DOUGH
- In a large bowl take wheat flour and salt
- Add water and knead the dough.
PANEER STUFFING
- In a mixing bowl, take paneer and smash it, add cumin, amchur powder, garam masala, chili powder, and salt to taste.
- Now, add in grated carrot, onion, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Mix in chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix well and keep aside.
HOW TO MAKE PARATHA
- Make a small ball out of kneaded dough, and roll the dough.
- Place the paneer mixture on the center of the rolled dough.
- Take the edge of rolled dough and start pleating the dough and bring it to the center and press it.
- Roll the paneer stuffed dough and cook it in a non-stick preheated pan until golden brown.
- Remove from heat, spread ghee on the paratha and serve it with curd or curd rita.
