Paneer Paratha

  • Wheat Flour 50g

  • Panner 50g

  • ¼ Carrot

  • ¼ Onion

  • ¼ tsp. Cumin

  • ½ tsp. Amchur powder

  • ½ tsp. Chili powder

  • ½ tsp. Garam Masala

  • ½ tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste

  • A handful of Coriander leaves

  • Salt to taste

  • 2tsp Ghee



    • In a large bowl take wheat flour and salt
    • Add water and knead the dough.

    • In a mixing bowl, take paneer and smash it, add cumin, amchur powder, garam masala, chili powder, and salt to taste.
    • Now, add in grated carrot, onion, and ginger-garlic paste.
    • Mix in chopped coriander leaves.
    • Mix well and keep aside.

    • Make a small ball out of kneaded dough, and roll the dough.
    • Place the paneer mixture on the center of the rolled dough.
    • Take the edge of rolled dough and start pleating the dough and bring it to the center and press it.
    • Roll the paneer stuffed dough and cook it in a non-stick preheated pan until golden brown.
    • Remove from heat, spread ghee on the paratha and serve it with curd or curd rita.
