Paneer Besan Chilla

Ingredients:
Basen 45g
Panner 50g
¼ Onion
¼ Tomato
¼ Bell pepper
Hand full coriander leaves
1 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
2 Green chilies
¼ tsp Black pepper powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp. Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
In a bowl mix besan, black pepper, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
Add in grated tomato, onion, bellpepper, chopped chilies, chopped coriander leaves, and ginger garlic paste.
Add water to the mixture and mix well. Make consistency of batter likedosa batter.
Now, heat a non-stick pan, and spread the besan mixture.
Cook the besan pancake until crisp and golden brown.
Serve it with coriander chutney.
