Paneer Besan Chilla

Ingredients:

  • Basen 45g

  • Panner 50g

  • ¼ Onion

  • ¼ Tomato

  • ¼ Bell pepper

  • Hand full coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste

  • 2 Green chilies

  • ¼ tsp Black pepper powder

  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

  • ¼ tsp Red chili powder

  • 1 tsp. Oil

  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • In a bowl mix besan, black pepper, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.

  • Add in grated tomato, onion, bellpepper, chopped chilies, chopped coriander leaves, and ginger garlic paste.

  • Add water to the mixture and mix well. Make consistency of batter likedosa batter.

  • Now, heat a non-stick pan, and spread the besan mixture.

  • Cook the besan pancake until crisp and golden brown.

  • Serve it with coriander chutney.
