Palak Rice

Ingredients:

  • Basmati rice 45g
  • Spinach 150g
  • ¼ onion

  • ¼ cup of corn

  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3-4- Cloves
  • ½ inch cinnamon stick
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1 tbsp Cummin
  • 1 star Anise

Method:

  • Soak dates in 2tbsp Luke warm water for 5 minutes.

  • Later blend dates and mixed nuts in a food processor.

  • Make small balls. (15g each)

  • Roll them in dried coconut.

  • If needed refrigerate them for 2-3 hrs.
