Palak Rice

Ingredients:
- Basmati rice 45g
- Spinach 150g
- ¼ onion 
- ¼ cup of corn 
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 3-4- Cloves
- ½ inch cinnamon stick
- 2 green cardamom
- 1 tbsp Cummin
- 1 star Anise 
Method:
- Soak dates in 2tbsp Luke warm water for 5 minutes. 
- Later blend dates and mixed nuts in a food processor. 
- Make small balls. (15g each) 
- Roll them in dried coconut. 
- If needed refrigerate them for 2-3 hrs.
