Ingredients:
2 bread slice
2 tbsp. Shredded carrot.
2 tbsp. Shredded cabbage.
2 tbsp. Shredded cucumber.
2 tbsp. Shredded onions.
50 gms. Mozzarella Cheese.
Mint chutney
1 tsp, unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
In a bowl mix all vegetables and cheese
Add in salt and pepper to taste
Take a slice of bread
Apply mint chutney
Spread mixed vegetables and mozzarella cheese stuffing
Cover it with a bread slice
Now take a non-stick pan, heat butter and toast the sandwich until turns golden brown
Cut the sandwich into half and enjoy delicious cheesy goodness
