Banana Chia Pudding

  • Almond milk 100 ml

  • Chia seeds 15g

  • Nuts 15g

  • 1 large Banana


  • In a bowl mash banana.

  • Add almond milk to the mashed banana.

  • Stir in chia seeds and mix well.

  • Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and stir again. Repeat this step 3-4 times.

  • Rest the pudding overnight or 6 hours.

  • Top the pudding with chopped nuts.

    (if not stirred properly the mixture will be soupy.)
