Dates & Coconut Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • Dates 60g

  • Mixed nuts 50g

  • Dried coconut 10g

Method:

  • Soak dates in 2tbsp Luke warm water for 5 minutes.

  • Later blend dates and mixed nuts in a food processor.

  • Make small balls. (15g each)

  • Roll them in dried coconut.

  • If needed refrigerate them for 2-3 hrs.

Nutritional Value per serving 15g:

  • Energy: 65 kcal

  • Carbs: 8g

  • Fats: 3g

  • Protein: 1.6g
