Dates & Coconut Energy Bites

Ingredients:
Dates 60g
Mixed nuts 50g
Dried coconut 10g
Method:
Soak dates in 2tbsp Luke warm water for 5 minutes.
Later blend dates and mixed nuts in a food processor.
Make small balls. (15g each)
Roll them in dried coconut.
If needed refrigerate them for 2-3 hrs.
